Accessibility Statement

Accessibility information for primesync.me and ai.primesync.me, including ways to get help if a feature is difficult to use.

01Commitment and Target

PrimeSync Project is operated from Israel by נביה חיר (Nabeh Kheir). Our accessibility improvement target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, alongside applicable Israeli accessibility requirements, including Israeli Standard 5568. This is a target, not a claim that every page or third-party service fully conforms.

02Using the Website

  • Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links, form fields and controls, and Enter or Space to activate the appropriate control.
  • A skip link provides a shortcut to the main content.
  • Use your browser's zoom and text-size controls to enlarge content.
  • The accessibility button opens UserWay's menu, with options including text enlargement, contrast and pausing animations.
  • The site includes labeled form fields, visible focus styling and support for reduced-motion preferences. Accessibility tools supplement the site; they do not replace accessible page design.

03Review Scope

On October 1, 2026, a limited desktop Chrome review checked the public legal and support pages, footer links, support-field labels, and opening the cookie and UserWay controls. Source review and color-contrast calculations informed improvements to the support form and legal-page text.

This was not a complete WCAG evaluation or independent certification. Full screen-reader testing, all mobile and zoom combinations, third-party checkout and end-to-end support delivery have not been verified in that review. We do not claim those checks have passed.

04Known Limitations and Alternatives

  • TradingView charts and historical backtest screenshots may not provide all values as accessible text. Email us with the chart or page you need and request a text explanation or accessible alternative.
  • Cloudflare human verification may require an interaction before a support request or assistant question can be sent. If it is inaccessible or fails to load, email support@primesync.me.
  • Whop checkout and sign-in, TradingView, connected AI clients and other external services have their own interfaces, which have not been fully assessed as part of this review.
  • Some unreviewed pages or interactive components may still contain accessibility barriers. Report the page and action so we can investigate.

The operator, Nabeh Kheir (נביה חיר), handles accessibility inquiries at support@primesync.me. You can also use the support form; email is available if the form or verification is difficult to use.

Include the page address, the action you were trying to complete and a short description of the problem. Device, browser and assistive-technology details are helpful but optional. Do not include passwords or unnecessary medical information. We will review the request and work with you on a reasonable accessible alternative. See our privacy information for support requests.

06Ongoing Updates

We update this statement as reviews identify barriers and improvements are completed. Modern browsers with JavaScript enabled are needed for interactive features; direct email support remains an alternative when a website feature is unavailable.
