01Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using the PrimeSync Project website, TradingView indicator or strategy, PrimeSync AI assistant, Whop community, guides, support services, notifications, or related materials collectively referred to as the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not purchase, access, or use the Services.
02About PrimeSync Project
PrimeSync Project is a brand founded by Nabeh Kheir and operated from Israel under the legal business name נביה חיר (referred to in these Terms as PrimeSync, we, us, or our). Business and support inquiries may be sent to support@primesync.me.
PrimeSync Project provides confirmation-based TradingView tools and trading-workflow resources designed to help users identify structured market opportunities, receive notifications, test strategy logic, and plan trades using predefined risk levels. PrimeSync does not operate as a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, exchange, or trade-execution service.
03No Financial or Investment Advice
PrimeSync does not provide financial, investment, brokerage, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing provided through the Services, including PrimeSync AI responses and calculations, constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. All information is informational and educational only. You remain responsible for your decisions, position size, trading account, price verification, risk understanding, and legal compliance.
04Trading Risk Disclosure
Trading stocks, indices, forex, futures, cryptocurrencies, commodities, contracts for difference, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance, historical testing, backtesting, simulated results, screenshots, examples, or previous market behavior do not guarantee future results.
PrimeSync does not guarantee profitable trades, any win rate or return, protection from losses, perfect notifications, error-free analysis, or continuous compatibility with every market or data feed.
05Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, have capacity to contract, be legally permitted to use trading-related services, provide accurate billing information, and use the Services lawfully.
06Description of the Services
Depending on your subscription, PrimeSync may provide a TradingView indicator, backtestable strategy profiles, confirmation-based market setups, calculated entry, stop-loss and take-profit levels, alerts, selectable market filters, market-bias information, AI-assisted educational support, guides, community access, support, and updates. PrimeSync is a decision-support tool and does not automatically place, manage, modify, or close trades by itself.
07TradingView and Third-Party Requirements
PrimeSync may rely on TradingView, Whop, brokers, exchanges, market data, browsers, devices, automation providers, and internet services. Third-party outages, delays, feature changes, data errors, notification settings, symbol classifications, account restrictions, and subscription changes are outside PrimeSync's control. PrimeSync is not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView, Whop, TradersPost, or PineConnector unless stated otherwise.
08Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
Subscriptions renew automatically unless otherwise stated. Prices are generally displayed in USD. You authorize Whop and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method. You are responsible for applicable taxes and conversion charges. Failed payments may suspend access, and pricing or included features may change for future billing periods.
09Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel anytime through the Whop billing portal. Access remains active until the end of your billing period. Digital-service payments already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law, caused by a confirmed billing error, or approved by PrimeSync. Contact support before initiating a payment dispute.
10Account and Access Responsibilities
You are responsible for account security, correct TradingView credentials, valid billing details, alert configuration, recreating alerts after changes, reviewing notifications, and independently verifying market information. Access is personal and may not be shared.
11Acceptable Use
You must not share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, copy, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or reproduce PrimeSync materials; attempt to extract protected code, hidden prompts, credentials, or proprietary signal logic through the AI assistant; circumvent invite-only access; misrepresent affiliation; interfere with third-party platforms; or upload harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund where permitted by law.
12Intellectual Property
PrimeSync branding, website content, indicators, strategies, Pine Script code, signal and filter logic, dashboards, calculations, written materials, videos, graphics, workflows, and documentation belong to PrimeSync or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services while active and does not transfer ownership.
13Notifications and Technical Limitations
Notifications depend on settings, data, completed candles, alert configuration, network availability, and third-party performance. They may be delayed, duplicated, missed, interrupted, delivered after price movement, or affected by broker-specific classifications. Changing inputs, symbols, timeframes, filters, or code may require recreating alerts. Never rely on a notification as the sole basis for a trading decision.
14Historical and Simulated Results
Historical, backtested, hypothetical, simulated, or model-based results are informational only and may not fully account for slippage, commissions, spreads, liquidity, delays, data differences, broker conditions, emotional decisions, or changing market behavior.
15Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided as is and as available. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misunderstand a question or screenshot and should be independently verified. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeSync makes no warranty regarding accuracy, reliability, profitability, fitness, availability, compatibility, freedom from errors, delivery of every notification, or future performance.
16Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeSync and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, data errors, account restrictions, lost data, or third-party failures. Total liability will not exceed subscription fees paid during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
17Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify PrimeSync against claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and reasonable legal costs arising from misuse, violation of these Terms, trading activity, unlawful conduct, infringement, or unauthorized redistribution.
18Suspension and Termination
PrimeSync may suspend or terminate access for account sharing, copying or reverse engineering, unlawful use, fraud, payment abuse, improper chargebacks, harassment, or material violation of these Terms. Upon termination, access to restricted materials ends immediately.
19Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Before formal proceedings, contact PrimeSync through the Support page with a written description of the dispute and allow a reasonable good-faith resolution opportunity. Subject to mandatory consumer rules, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Israel.
20Changes to These Terms
PrimeSync may update these Terms for changes to features, subscriptions, third-party platforms, legal requirements, security, or business operations. Material changes may be communicated through the website, Whop, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
21Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, risk disclosures, checkout information, and applicable order confirmation, form the agreement between you and PrimeSync regarding the Services.
