01Operator and Scope
PrimeSync Project is founded by Nabeh Kheir and operated from Israel under the legal business name נביה חיר. This business is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact support@primesync.me for privacy, access, correction or deletion requests.
This Policy covers primesync.me, subscriptions, TradingView access, support and the website assistant. The Studio data policy gives the additional details for ai.primesync.me, MCP connections, optional project memory and the shared assistant service. Read both when using those features.
02Information We Collect
Depending on the service you choose, we may process your name, email, Whop account details, TradingView username, subscription and purchase status, billing country, transaction history, renewal or cancellation status, support messages, assistant questions, feedback and files or screenshots you choose to send.
Whop and its payment providers process payments. PrimeSync does not directly store complete payment-card details. We do not need your TradingView password, broker login or API keys.
03How We Use Information
We use relevant information to provide access, confirm subscriptions, grant or remove TradingView access, handle billing and support requests, answer assistant questions, send service communications, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Optional website statistics, translation and marketing technologies follow the cookie choices described below. Service requests are not permission to receive unrelated promotional messages.
04Support and Accessibility Requests
The support form collects your first name, last name, email, selected category and message. Supplying this information is voluntary. Those fields are needed to submit an online ticket and respond to you; if you prefer, email support@primesync.me. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Screenshots can be sent by email.
Requests are stored in the PrimeSync support queue on our hosting infrastructure and are used by the operator and relevant service providers to investigate and reply. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and connection information to prevent automated abuse. If verification prevents you from using the form, email is an alternative.
Support records are kept as reasonably necessary to handle the request, follow up, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. There is no fixed automatic deletion period for support tickets. You can request access, correction or deletion by email; legal recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion.
06First-Party Website Statistics
With statistics consent, our analytics records public page paths, referrer domains, country-level location, device category and predefined button-click categories. It uses random browser and session identifiers. Our analytics records do not contain raw IP addresses, URL queries, form entries or assistant conversations, and reports are private to the site owner.
Browser identifiers expire after 90 days and sessions after 30 minutes of inactivity. Analytics records older than 90 days are removed during normal analytics operation. Withdrawing statistics consent stops collection and removes the browser identifiers. The collector also respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.
07PrimeSync AI and Studio
When you send an assistant question or a Studio tool request, the content you submit is processed to provide the requested response. AI providers and your chosen AI client may receive content needed for that response and apply their own privacy and retention terms. PrimeSync does not use Studio strategy inputs or outputs to train models and does not sell them.
Studio research-tool inputs and outputs are not automatically retained after the request. Its activity log stores tool-call metadata for 30 days, not strategy code, CSV rows or tool outputs. Optional memory is off by default and saves only preferences and project summaries you explicitly choose. Saved memory remains until you delete it. Revoking an OAuth connection does not delete account-wide memory.
The shared assistant service stores usage counts, credit balances, payment-event references and a keyed, one-way guest identifier derived from connection and browser metadata for allowance and abuse controls. Never submit passwords, API keys, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
08Sharing and Service Providers
PrimeSync does not sell or rent personal information for independent third-party marketing. We share relevant information with service providers as needed for the service you request: Whop for sign-in, purchases and subscriptions; TradingView for script access; Cloudflare for hosting, storage and security; Cookiebot for consent; UserWay for accessibility tools; Weglot for consented translation; OpenAI for consented advertising measurement; and AI, email, support or other providers used to fulfil your request.
Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with law, protect safety, investigate abuse or enforce agreements. External payment, broker, automation, social and AI platforms operate under their own policies.
09Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. Subscription, transaction, usage and account records are retained as needed to operate the service, maintain credit balances, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and comply with recordkeeping obligations. The specific support, analytics and Studio retention rules above apply to those categories.
10Your Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, withdraw consent, object to or restrict processing, request portability, opt out of promotional communications or complain to a privacy authority. Contact support@primesync.me to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before releasing or changing account data; do not send passwords or identity documents unless a secure, necessary verification method is agreed.
11Children's Privacy
PrimeSync is not intended for individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
12International Transfers
PrimeSync operates from Israel. Service providers may process or store information in other countries. Where required, we use applicable legal, contractual and security measures for international transfers.
13Policy Updates
We may update this Policy when our products, providers, practices or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
