A clean first setup prevents most access and alert problems. Complete each step in order, then test the workflow on one symbol before expanding it across a watchlist.

1. Confirm your TradingView username

PrimeSync access is invite-only. Submit the exact TradingView username attached to the account where you will use the system. Display names and email addresses may not match the username used for invitation access.

2. Add PrimeSync to your chart

Open TradingView, select Indicators, choose Invite-only scripts, and add the PrimeSync product included in your plan. Save a chart layout after the indicator or strategy loads correctly.

3. Choose the intended profile

Premium includes Universal mode and dedicated profiles for NAS100, SPX500, Gold, US Oil, NQ, ES, CL, GC, MNQ, MES, and MGC. Match the profile to the chart symbol and begin with one timeframe. A 15-minute or 30-minute chart generally provides a calmer starting view.

4. Create the TradingView alert

  1. Open TradingView's alert dialog from the chart.
  2. Select the PrimeSync script as the condition.
  3. Choose the script's alert function or named condition specified in onboarding.
  4. Use bar-close confirmation when required.
  5. Keep the generated message unless onboarding explicitly instructs you to replace it.
  6. Choose your notification delivery methods and create the alert.

5. Verify the first setup

When a confirmed setup appears, check that the visual marker, entry, stop, TP1, TP2, TP3, and alert message agree. Do not assume a notification is correctly configured until this first full match has been observed.

6. Recreate alerts after updates

TradingView alerts can preserve the script state that existed when they were created. After a meaningful PrimeSync update or input change, delete the old alert and create a new one from the updated chart.

  • Record the symbol and timeframe.
  • Confirm the selected PrimeSync profile.
  • Check whether the candle had closed.
  • Capture the chart and the TradingView alert log.
  • Include the approximate time and timezone of the issue.
